At Copperhouse Estate Wines, we take great care to ensure our wines reach you in perfect condition.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@copperhouseestate.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

We’ll happily replace or refund products that are:

• Damaged in transit

• Faulty or cork-tainted

• Incorrectly supplied

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or where wine has been stored incorrectly after delivery.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
